NSW 2020 Outlook series launch
The Property Council's Outlook Series has launched for 2020 kicking off with the Office Market Report Launch and Hunter Outlook Event. The events will continue throughout the month of February to provide an update on the critical issues facing the property sectors and deliver the information and insights to successfully manage and grow your business throughout 2020.
The Outlook Event Series has been running for over 10 years and provides attendees with forecasts from leading industry experts and the opportunity to network. An outline of the events is provided below with links, you can still register for the remaining events to secure a great professional and networking opportunity.

Your membership with us is a valuable tool for running your business but, like any tool, it must be used to be effective.
We can help ensure you are using all of the services that make your membership worthwhile. If you haven’t done these already, here are some top tips for maximising your membership below.
- Update your staff list
Request a copy of the staff listed under your corporate membership by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our services cater to all levels of seniority within your company. Reviewing your staff list regularly will mean your colleagues can benefit from Property Council’s full suite of services.
- Site Tours
Keep us in mind for projects nearing completion before tenancy for a potential site tour. We can either have a specific committee group through or open the invitation up to the wider membership. There would be speaking opportunities with this and we would include all relevant parties involved in the project. Note that Site Tour recommendations are up to the discretion of the NSW Commercial Director and Event Manager.
- Paid Sponsorship Opportunities
Grow your network, promote your business and leverage off our market reputation through paid sponsorship opportunities at NSW and National events. We can introduce you to the relevant Property Council contacts to discuss these opportunities in more detail and the varied levels of investment based on your business objectives.

Feel free to send content through for consideration in both Property Australia (70k reach/weekly) and Property NSW (24k reach/monthly). We encourage thought leadership pieces and case studies that would appeal to the wider audience, remembering that our membership spans all major property types.
- Committee Nominations
Our committee spill is coming up in the second half of this year. You have the opportunity to nominate for a committee position as part of your membership. - Learning and Development courses
Stuck on professional development opportunities for your staff? Benefit from a range of specialised knowledge and soft skill courses run through our L&D arm, known as the Academy. All programs are designed and delivered by today’s industry leaders and there are course pathways catered to all levels of seniority within your business – introductory courses to industry diplomas.
